Lord Jesus, I am calling out to You. I am afraid! There are so many fears and doubts hurtling through my heart. My life is full of overwhelming difficulties, complications, and challenges. I must admit that my faith is wavering and that I am fearful of what’s to come; I am fearful of my future.

In Your Word it says time and time again to not fear and to be strong – Lord, I need You! Grab a hold of my mind, heart, spirit and calm, soothe, and ease all the distress and turbulence that is within every inch of me. Grant me Your divine peace, bravery, strength, and tranquility.

Remind me that I am not alone and that You are right here with me even when I can not feel You. Remind me not to live by my feelings but to live by Your truth only. Help me to withstand the enemy’s lies and havoc. Help me to be strong and to be brave when I am parlayed by my fears and uncertainties.

“Be strong and have strength of heart. Do not be afraid or shake with fear because of them. For the Lord your God is the One Who goes with you. He will be faithful to you. He will not leave you alone.” Deuteronomy 31:6 (NLV)

Help me do what needs to be done in order to make my life better no matter how hard it’ll be. Give me the patience to weather the storms in life and make it through this journey no matter what. Lord, I know life isn’t easy and in the midst of hardships help me to see Your hand at work in every area of my life. Allow everything that I go through to make me a better person and may You get all the glory.

Lord Jesus, allow my trust and faith in You to never waver. Give me constant bravery and courageousness so that I may stand firm with victory in every season of life. Lord, I love You with every fiber of my being and I need You more than life itself. Make me brave for You today and always!
